‘B’ apartments from Investec is the largest apartment complex development at Bowden right now and at 7 storeys high will be one of the tallest buildings when complete.
Black Sheep came up with the idea for B apartments taking inspiration from the journey of New York’s B-line subway journey. We felt that there were a lot of similarities along that journey to a life at Bowden. Diversity, culture, community, shopping, dining and entertainment, stadiums and big parks.
And since life is a journey, we created the brochure, signage, website…etc with a map route theme.
Bowden is a great destination and we wanted to show that you don’t have to go to New York to live this kind of life.
